The Sing Aphasia gang performs again at Mardon Rehabilitation Centre Summer Fete and thanks so much for the invitation to show off our singing skills!
We are lucky to work closely with the team at Mardon for many of our activities. Simon, who is currently staying at Mardon, has been practicing furiously and giving Mardon staff sneak previews of his performance before hand! On the day it was great, Simon!
What a great time we all had! It was the first performance of Emily’s Aphasia song, “A Wordy Mixed Up World” and lovely to have the audience joining in. We were also sad to say goodbye to our amazing volunteer, Benita. Her support and singing has made a massive difference to the Sing Aphasia group and we will all miss her. Thank you Benita!
