Yea! The Big Lottery Fund has backed our Sing Aphasia! We have secured funding to keep our fantastic and uplifting sessions going for the year.
These happy and smiling faces demonstrate what a real difference singing makes to people living with aphasia and we are delighted that we can keep the brilliant sessions going!
We are busy practising songs for our 1st year anniversary event on the 1st May with harmonies and solo parts – quite challenging yet amazingly achievable. Our inspirational singing leader, Sam, makes sure that everyone can sing at their own level and is able to join in whatever their communication ability. It looks like it is going to be a wonderful event!
